"Scuderia" is an Italian term tha literally translates to "stables", and over time evolved beyond its original meaning and became associated with motorsports culture in Italy.  Made from hand-selected Central American beans, this extra-dark Italian roast delivers a deep, heavy coffee flavor with a smooth finish.  Acidity is almost non existent.  What you get is a thick, full bodied cup with layers of smoky richness and subtle bittersweet chocolate.
